**Service is available in select locations at certain times and for certain product. Orders must be placed at least (1) hour in advance and pick up times and time for order fulfillment may vary at different locations. ADI reserves the right to reject orders it cannot meet delivery times. While ADI strives to meet customer expectations, ADI cannot guarantee that the Service will be available at all hours and locations, and Service may be unavailable and/or delayed due to events beyond ADI’s control (i.e. weather, order backlog, technical difficulties, unavailability of product, limited service representatives on staff). ADI shall not be liable and Customer agrees to release ADI from any claims or damages resulting from the failure to perform Services in these instances.
