Product Overview

P-640-H-A Farpointe Pyramid proximity reader, Wiegand. Supports Farpointe, certain HID® and AWID® 125-kHz Proximity protocols. Keypad for 2-factor authentication. Single-gang mount. A fusion of excellent read range, lightning speed and easy installation Pyramid Series Proximity® is recognized as an electronic-security benchmark for 125-kHz OEM proximity readers and credentials. Based upon proven contactless digital radio frequency identification (RFID) technology, Pyramid products assure support with a wide range of standard electronic access control systems. Pyramid readers feature innovative, Farpointe-only features—such as MAXSecure™ and fleaPower™— that increase security and reduce energy consumption. Pyramid credentials, proximity cards and tags, are passive devices. They eliminate maintenance by requiring no battery, and support several proximity reader technologies. Manufactured by Farpointe Data, a Cypress Integration Solutions technology partner.
