Product Overview

The Viking SP550 is a single-line analog display speaker telephone with Caller ID, crafted for reliable communication. It features a large backlit LCD display with adjustable contrast control, enhancing visibility in various lighting conditions. This device supports Caller ID Type II, displaying date, time, name, and number of the caller with 100 record storage. It includes an administrative programming level for secure configuration and offers a TouchLite message-waiting indicator with one-touch retrieval. The phone supports universal message waiting for neon, LED, FSK, and SDT detect applications and allows seamless switching between headset, speakerphone, and handset modes. Additional features include on-hook dialing for pre-dial or hot-keypad with an edit option and 11 programmable feature keys with interchangeable keycaps for customized labeling.
