The Protech 30840199 SOLARIS 4.9 ft (1.5 m) Double Face TX/RX Infrared Barrier delivers fully autonomous, solar-powered perimeter protection with bi-directional detection capability from a single tower location. Featuring 4 infrared cells per face with integrated anti-condensation caps, this double face configuration is ideal for corner protection and 90° perimeter transitions where two detection links converge. The integrated Connect board communicates wirelessly via a dynamic 915 MHz LoRa mesh network to the Radio Coordinator (30790020), secured with 128-bit AES encryption. With a maximum detection range of 328 feet (100 m), built-in solar panel and battery, and a wide operating temperature range of -40°F to +158°F, this versatile tower requires no external power infrastructure - delivering professional-grade security for utilities, substations, logistics yards, and critical infrastructure sites.
