Protect properties from environmental damage with the 2GIG FT1-345 Flood & Temperature Sensor. This reliable, one-way 345 MHz supervised sensor provides dual protection by detecting both standing water via its external probe and extreme temperature fluctuations. It transmits a wet alarm after three minutes of continuous water presence and a restore signal once the area is dry. For temperature monitoring, the FT1-345 alerts when ambient temperatures exceed 95°F (35°C) for five minutes or fall below 41°F (5°C) for five minutes. Fully supervised with an approximate 70-minute reporting interval, it also features tamper protection. The sensor is ETL listed and powered by an included Panasonic CR15H270 CR2 3V lithium battery (user-installed), offering a typical lifespan of up to 5 years. Complete with mounting hardware and backed by a two-year limited warranty, it's an essential addition for comprehensive environmental monitoring.
