Staub Operations are Moving to ADI

As you may be aware, Staub Electronics was acquired by Snap One in 2022, and Snap One is now part of ADI. As a unified organization operating as ADI, we are excited to take the next step toward bringing our organizations together to better serve you and bring greater value to your business. Beginning May 4, 2026, all Staub business operations, including purchasing, website, support, and services, will be transitioned to ADI.

The last day to purchase from Staub online, in-store, or via email will be April 30, 2026, before 5 p.m. ET.

You'll need to activate your ADI account. We have sent you an email with instructions on how to activate your ADI account we have set up for you. Reach out to [email protected] if you are unable to locate the email or if you need assistance setting up your account.

Already an ADI customer?

Are you currently an ADI customer? If yes, no action is needed. Continue to shop for the products you buy today from ADI.

Overview

What is happening? Why is my point of purchase changing?

As part of bringing the Staub and ADI organizations together, Staub will transition all business operations to ADI on May 4, 2026. This includes point of purchase, product information, tech support, accounting, website access, account management, and more.

What does this mean for me?

You’ll have access to a broader set of products and local product availability through ADI. This includes adiglobaldistribution.com.ca, the ADI store network, and sales and support team members.

When will I no longer be able to make purchases through Staub?

The last day to place orders at Staub is April 30, 2026, at 5 p.m. ET.

When can I start using my ADI account?

You will be able to activate your ADI account, which we have set up for you, after March 30, 2026. We encourage you to activate your ADI account and begin exploring the product catalog, digital tools, and services and solutions ADI has to offer. If you are currently shopping at ADI, you can continue to purchase through ADI as usual.

I have questions about this change. Who should I work with during this transition?

You can continue to work with your current support and sales teams. Both Staub and ADI teams are here to support you through this transition.

Account Signup and Website Login

Should I sign up with ADI through their standard process?

No. A pre-approved account has been created for you using your Staub account information. Please DO NOT use the standard ADI sign-up process, as this may delay your access. ADI account activation instructions were sent to you via email. If you are having trouble locating that email, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

What information is required for me to become an ADI customer?

None! Your account information has been pre-populated with the necessary information from your Staub account. All you need to do is activate your ADI account by resetting your password. If additional details are needed from you, our team will reach out.

How do I file or complete the tax exemption form?

Please forward all tax certificates to [email protected], along with your ADI customer account number.

I have an ADI account, but I don't have a website login. What do I do?

Easy! Use the online registration form that can be found HERE.

How do I find my local ADI store?

Your ADI store information is listed in your account dashboard on the ADI website. You can also use the store locator, which can be found here.

I don’t remember my ADI username or password. What do I do?

On the sign-in page for “My Account” on adiglobal.com/ca, select “Forgot username or password” under the sign-in button. If you continue to experience issues, please call 800-545-6776 or email [email protected] for additional support.

How do I manage users and contacts on my ADI account?
  • Add additional users: Sign on to adiglobaldistribution.ca → view your account dashboard → click “add a new user” under the account settings.

Where can I find information about my terms and credit limit at ADI?

Sign in to your ADI account to view your terms and credit information. If you have questions regarding your terms, reach out to [email protected] for more information.

Can I pay my invoices online at ADI?

Where do I find my account information online, including my ADI account number?

Account information can be found on the ADI website (adiglobaldistribution.ca) under the account dashboard dropdown. The account dashboard includes information such as your account settings, order information, return information, and more.

Are my brand authorizations moving to ADI?

Yes. All brand authorizations that were active at Staub have been moved to your ADI account. For more details or questions specific to your brand authorizations, please reach out to your sales rep or [email protected].

Open Orders, Returns, Invoices, Warranties, Credits, and More

What is ADI’s return policy?

ADI accepts returns for credit on the customer’s account for new, unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in their original package and in new condition. For more information on additional return policies, please visit our return page here. ADI will honor Staub’s 60-day return policy for all purchases made through April 30, 2026. For these returns, customers will receive a credit on their open balance with Staub, unless the credit exceeds their balance. At that time, any remaining credit will be transferred to the customer’s ADI account. All purchases made on or after May 1 will fall under ADI’s standard returns policy.

On what date will returns for products purchased through Staub need to be processed and returned through ADI?

Returns on purchases made through Staub prior to May 1, 2026, will be processed through Staub. Returns after April 30, 2026, will be processed through ADI. For more information on ADI’s return policies and processes, click HERE.

What happens to an open credit on my Staub account after April 30, 2026 (the last day to purchase from Staub)? Will that credit be moved to ADI?

No, any open credits at Staub will not be transferred to ADI. Staub credits should be used before April 30, 2026, the last day to make a purchase at Staub.

What happens to existing warranty policies?

Product warranties will be honored by ADI after April 30, 2026. Warranty dates will be based on the purchase date from Staub.

Will orders placed on April 30 be fulfilled after the 5 p.m. ET cutoff?

Yes. All orders not shipped out by 5 p.m. on Friday, May 1, 2026 will be transferred to ADI for fulfillment.

How can I use credits at ADI? Are there any restrictions, expirations, etc.?

Your ADI account must be in good standing with accounting to use a credit on your account. The credit can be used for future invoices or orders at ADI.

I have an open invoice on my Staub account. Will it be transferred to ADI?

No, open invoices will not be transferred to ADI for payment and should be paid at Staub.

What if my payment terms are past the integration date of May 4, 2026?

You will remit payment to Staub for all orders fulfilled through Staub, including those placed up to and through April 30, 2026 at 5 p.m.

How can I pay an invoice with ADI?

You have multiple options to pay your invoice:

  • Online: Sign in to your account and view invoices under the “My Account” section on adiglobaldistribution.ca.
  • By Mail: Send a check to the lockbox address listed on your invoice.
  • In Person: Visit your local ADI store to make a payment.

What will happen to my saved carts at Staub?

Saved carts will not be migrated to ADI.

How do I order custom products or make custom orders?

Loyalty Program and Rewards

What’s changing with the Staub Loyalty Program?

The current PARTNERSHIP REWARDS loyalty program will be updated to align with ADI policies and brands. This change means lower and simplified shipping charges, along with updated product rebate brands to match ADI's broad product assortment.


Shipping rebates and policies: The shipping rebate will be discontinued after April 30, 2026. It will be replaced with ADI’s simplified $500 minimum shipping policy. This means purchases exceeding $500 receive free shipping. For more information on ADI’s shipping policies, click here.


RMA Returns: Free shipping will no longer be offered on RMA returns. All returns will follow ADI’s return policy.


Product Rebates: Rebate-eligible brands have been updated. We will now offer rebates on Strong mounts, Binary, ADI PRO wire, and Wirepath wire.

When will updates to the PARTNERSHIP REWARDS loyalty program take effect?

The updated program goes into effect May 4, 2026.

What happens to my current rewards?

You will continue to earn PARTNERSHIP REWARDS under the current program structure through April 30, 2026. You will start earning rebates on the updated product assortment May 4 through December 31, 2026. All 2026 rebates earned will be paid out in Q1 2027 in the form of a cheque.

Will I still get free RMA returns?

No, free shipping will no longer be offered on RMA returns. All returns will follow ADI’s return policy.

Is there anything that I need to do?

No action is required on your part. You will automatically transition to the updated program.

Will I continue to receive statement emails and updates?

Yes, you will continue to receive monthly statement emails that include your current rebate status.

Does this change impact my 2025 rebate payout?

No. 2025 rebates will be issued in April 2026.

Can I participate in the Pro Rewards program at ADI?

Yes, eligible customers may join and enjoy benefits of our ADI Pro Rewards program as well. If you are eligible, an invitation will be sent via email in the coming weeks. For more information, click here.

I had an integration set up with Staub’s website. Can I do that with ADI?

What is ADI's legal entity name?

Legal entity update: Please note that effective June 1, 2026, following the amalgamation of our Canadian legal entities, our Canada operating legal entity name will change from Ademco III Ltd. to ADI Global Canada Ltd. to better align with our corporate brand. Please update your systems accordingly; no additional action is required.
