With Netgear FlexPoE technology, you can switch out the external power supply with a separate one to reduce the budget to 155W or 76W. With its compact, fanless design and sturdy metal enclosure it is designed to operate quietly from a desktop, wall, or rackmount system. The GS116PP is built to operate without any additional hardware or software.
