The OCC DX072KSLX9YPI6 DX Series 72-Fiber Single-mode Fiber Optic Cable is designed for high-performance network applications requiring durability and flexibility. It features a 9/125 OS1 single-mode fiber configuration within durable fluoropolymer inner and outer jackets, ensuring protection against UV, water, chemicals, and fungus. The cable is UL Listed under NEC section 770.179(a) for safe use in ducts, plenums, and air-handling spaces, and can be installed both outdoors and inside plenum or riser pathways. Its 900 µm tight-buffered coating on each fiber eliminates the need for fanout kits or pigtail splices, allowing connectors to terminate directly to the fiber while the helically stranded core provides mechanical protection and flexibility in challenging installations.
