One pair of ceiling speakers with 8" Kevlar woofers, cast magnesium woofer baskets, 1" pivoting aluminum dome tweeters, ±3dB bass and treble contour switches, and 175W power handling. Our best 2-way ceiling speaker. Like some of the world’s best audiophile speakers, the C895s use an 8" woofer cone made from Kevlar. Kevlar can't stretch, so it produces clean sound with low distortion. A cast magnesium woofer basket provides a non-resonant frame for the powerful woofer. Our pivoting aluminum tweeter puts out low-distortion highs to complement the woofer’s powerful lows. Concealed boost / cut switches let you fine-tune bass and / or treble. With 28Hz bass response and 175W power handling, the C895s let you crank up even the heaviest rock tunes all day long (if that's what you want to do). And 92dB sensitivity means the C895s need only about one-third as much power as a typical speaker. Includes Thin-Bezel Grilles held by Neo Magnets. This is the ceiling speaker that can put a lot of regular box speakers to shame. The C895s combines an audiophile-grade, Kevlar-cone 8" woofer with a pivoting aluminum-dome tweeter, and adds switches that let you tune bass and treble to perfection. With 175W power handling, the C895s is practically bulletproof. Thin-Bezel Design with a Magnetic Grille.
