Order Online or by Phone
When ordering online, select Pick Up in Branch at checkout. If you want rush service, select One-Hour Pickup under Pick Up in Branch.
Get an Email Notification
When your order is ready for pickup, you’ll get an email with instructions. Please wait for this email before heading to the branch.
Call Us When You Arrive
When you arrive, call your branch and let them know you are outside. An ADI branch associate will bring your order to your vehicle.
Curbside Pickup FAQs
Curbside Pickup service allows customers to pick up their orders at the branch without going inside the store. An ADI team member will bring orders out to your car.
This service is only available for items that are in-stock and eligible for branch pickup.
Curbside orders must be paid in advance via credit card or your ADI net terms account. Cash payment will not be accepted.
If inclement weather is occurring in your location, please call your branch before you place an order to confirm if and how they are providing curbside service.
Large orders will need to be picked up on the dock. Our team members will not be able to provide curbside service. An ADI representative will advise you if this is the case when you call.
Each branch should have a designated area for Curbside Pickup. When you call your branch upon arrival, be sure to ask where you should park.
