Product Overview

The WaterBug Unsupervised Water Sensor ("W-S-U") is a water detection sensor ideal for computer rooms, document storage areas, warehouses, sump pumps and basements. WaterBug sensors activate the alarm when a conductive bridge is formed between 2 contacts. The sensors will not alarm for high condensation. Must use with WB200 or WB350. This is not a stand-alone product.

  • Unsupervised sensor for the presence ofWater. Can be used withWB200 to monitor for the absence ofWater.
  • Must use withWB200 orWB350. This is not a stand-alone product.
  • Up to 6 sensors can be located up to 100' (30.48m) away from theWB200 andWB350 devices for aWide area of protection. Use 18-22 AWG twisted pairWire for extension of sensors from the device.
  • Cable length is 15' (4.6m)
  • Ensure that power running to the device does NOT have a connection to earth ground. This could result in a failure to detect water or ground fault.
  • Stable surface mount design.
  • Dimensions of 3.0" x 2.0" x 0.88" (7.6cm x 5.1cm x 2.2cm)
