The design consists of flexible 900um tight buffered industry standard 250 Um fibers (900/250/125um) and is suitable for use with standard connectors, like the SC, ST, and FC, and small-form-factor connectors like the L. Dielectric aramid yarns are applied for strength while maintaining flexibility. The 18 and 24-fiber cable designs have a flexible glass reinforced central strength element for added durability and performance. A durable, flame resistant outer jacet is applied over the cable core using appropriate OFNR or OFNP rated materials.
