The patented ezEX-RJ45 connector is engineered for larger cables and conductors, offering a reliable and efficient solution for high-performance networking. With a unique integrated Hi-Lo stagger load bar, this shielded connector allows ‘big' conductors to pass through the front, enabling easy verification of the wiring sequence before termination. It's perfect for use with CAT6 cabling and is terminated with the EXO Crimp Frame and EXO-EX Die (100061C) for seamless installation. This connector features a simple, one-piece, pass-through design with no need for bars or liners, reducing complexity during installation. It is shielded and compliant with 5e/6/6A standards, making it suitable for high-speed data applications. The insulation diameter size range is 0.039" – 0.044" (1.0 – 1.12mm), with a maximum outer diameter of 0.305" (7.75mm), and it supports solid or stranded 24-22AWG conductors. With 50-micron gold-plated contacts, this connector ensures optimal performance and is compliant with TAA, TIA, RoHS, UL, and FCC regulations.
