The patented ezEX38 connectors are designed to provide a reliable and efficient solution for terminating Cat5e (Small Cat6) cabling, making them perfect for PoE/PoE+ and data applications. Featuring a unique integrated Hi-Lo stagger load bar, these connectors allow large conductors to pass through the front end, ensuring easy verification of the wiring sequence before termination. The one-piece, pass-through design eliminates the need for bars or liners, simplifying the installation process. These connectors support solid or stranded conductors (24-22 AWG) with an insulation diameter range of 0.033” – 0.038” (0.84 – 0.97mm), and a maximum outer diameter of 0.290” (7.36mm). With 50-micron gold-plated contacts, they are compliant with 5e/6/6A standards and meet TIA, TAA, RoHS, UL, and FCC regulations. A shielded (STP) internal ground style is also available for enhanced protection. Compatible with the EXO Crimp Frame and EXO-EX Die (100061C) for seamless terminations, these connectors are made in the USA, ensuring high-quality performance and durability.
