The PoE+ 10Gig Shielded RJ45 Field Plug is designed for high-performance networking, optimizing data throughput to PoE+ powered devices. Its cast-metal shell provides end-to-end shielding, reducing noise interference for superior signal integrity in high-bandwidth applications. With 50-micron gold-plated contacts, it ensures long-lasting durability and reliable connectivity. Compatible with Cat7, Cat6a, and Cat6 cables, it supports solid or stranded conductors (26 - 23 AWG) and accommodates insulation diameters from 0.032” to 0.057” (0.8mm - 1.47mm) with a cable OD range of 0.236” to 0.315” (6.0mm - 8.5mm). This field plug offers a tool-free termination process, eliminating the need for a special crimp tool. It is HDBaseT PoE+ compliant, UL and RoHS certified, ensuring industry-standard safety and performance for demanding 10Gig networking environments.
