This two-piece system is designed to make terminating CAT6 cables quick and easy. The staggered loading bar serves as a guide for pair separation, maintaining the correct wiring configuration throughout the process. Simply flush cut the conductors, slide the assembly into the connector, and terminate. The system includes an eight-conductor modular plug with a loading bar (Liner Bar P/N: 106189), and is compatible with conductors that have an O.D. range of .044 inches. It uses 0.30mm (.012) 3-prong contacts specifically for solid conductors. The maximum cable jacket O.D. is .280 inches, and the system is both RoHS and UL compliant.
