The ezEX-RJ45 (ezEX44 series) pass-through RJ45 connectors are engineered for optimal performance, designed for cables with an insulation diameter ranging from 0.039" to 0.044" (1.0 – 1.12mm). These unshielded connectors come in a convenient jar with a screw-lid packaging, containing 100 pieces per package. With a maximum cable outer diameter of 0.290" (7.36mm), the ezEX44 connectors are compatible with both solid and stranded 24-22AWG twisted pair cables, including CAT5e. Featuring 50-micron gold plated contacts and a unique Hi-Lo stagger design, these connectors effectively isolate each conductor, enhancing signal integrity. The simple one-piece, pass-through design eliminates the need for additional bars or liners, streamlining the installation process. Rated for both data and Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications, the ezEX44 connectors meet TAA, TIA, RoHS, UL, and FCC compliance standards, and are backed by multiple U.S. patents (9,543,729 B2; 10,116,082 B2; & 10,573,990 B2), ensuring reliable and high-quality connectivity for your networking needs.
