The patented ezEX38 connectors are designed specifically for Cat5e and smaller Cat6 cabling, offering an efficient and reliable solution for PoE/PoE+ and data applications. Featuring an integrated Hi-Lo stagger load bar, they allow larger conductors to pass through the front of the connector, simplifying wiring sequence verification before crimping. Their simple one-piece, pass-through design eliminates the need for separate bars or liners, streamlining the termination process. These connectors are also available in a shielded (STP) internal ground version for enhanced signal protection. With an insulation diameter range of .033” – .038” (0.84 – 0.97mm) and a maximum outer diameter of .290” (7.36mm), the ezEX38 connectors support solid or stranded 24–22 AWG conductors and are 5e/6/6A compliant.
