The shielded, patented ezEX-RJ45 connector is built for larger diameter cables and conductors, ideal for Cat6A applications. Its integrated Hi-Lo stagger load bar isolates each conductor while the pass-through design allows easy visual confirmation of wiring order before termination. Designed for use with the EXO Crimp Frame® and EXO-EX Die™ (100061C), this one-piece connector eliminates the need for additional bars or liners. It supports conductor insulation diameters from 0.043” to 0.048” (1.09–1.22mm) and cable outer diameters up to 0.305” (7.75mm), accommodating solid or stranded 23-22 AWG wire. Featuring 50-micron gold-plated contacts, the connector is shielded, 6/6A compliant, and meets TAA, TIA, RoHS, UL, and FCC standards. Proudly made in the USA.
