The EZ-RJ45 shielded connector combines the performance advantages of the exclusive EZ-RJ45® design with the added benefits of shielding, offering an unparalleled solution for high-performance network terminations. The EZ-RJ45® design allows the wires to pass through the connector, pulling the twists in each pair closer to the contacts, which significantly reduces crosstalk and enhances overall performance. The fully shielded design minimizes pair-to-pair crosstalk, alien crosstalk, and provides excellent immunity to noise across all frequencies, particularly above 30 MHz where cable balance typically degrades.
This connector is Cat6 performance rated per EIA/TIA B.2, FCC compliant, and UL rated. It is compatible with both solid round and stranded wire cables and has a max cable outer diameter of 6.60mm (0.260”) and a max insulated wire diameter of 1.016mm (0.040”). Made in the USA and TAA compliant, this connector significantly improves Shannon capacity and noise immunity, ensuring optimal performance in high-frequency environments.
