Hear the unseen Hanwha Vision’s Audio Beacon features five built-in microphones, 90dB speaker and an LED ring, for stellar 2-way communication. Improve real-time situational awareness with AI-powered sound classification technology to attribute sound type, noise direction and volume. The Audio Beacon can detect and respond to critical events such as disturbances, emergencies or suspicious activity in sensitive environments where cameras are not allowed. AI-based sound classification The audio beacon uses intelligent sound classification to automatically classify detected noise into predefined classes based on its acoustic characteristics, including; Extreme decibel detection, Attributes sounds over 120 dB as anomalies and triggers alerts and/or notifications. Scream detection; Monitors for screams to help identify potential disturbances or safety hazards. Glass break detection; Detects the sound of breaking glass to alert staff to potential intruders. Sound direction detection; Using sophisticated algorithms, the Audio Beacon estimates sound direction by measuring the time difference of arrival of the source signal as it hits five built-in microphones, helping end users quickly locate disturbances. Use the built-in microphones and speaker for two-way audio communications, with echo cancellation and noise reduction. Use the Wisenet Installation mobile app to align the Audio Beacon to true north to ensure accurate sound direction detection. In use cases where audio streaming is not permitted, the Audio Beacon will capture audio clips of detected sounds and trigger notifications via FTP, email or VMS.
