The IW-630 is the perfect in-wall choice for using where sound matters most. The injection-molded polypropylene cone gives detailed bass response and the 1" pivoting silk tweeter can be aimed at your favorite listening spot. The integrated one-piece baffle / woofer basket adds enhanced rigidity and complements the deep bass sound. The IW-630 is acoustically matched to the in-ceiling speakers the IC-630 and the IC-830 so you can mix and match with these two speaker sizes as needed. It includes a +/- 3dB tweeter adjustment switch to allow you to adjust for the room's acoustic characteristics. In bright, reflective rooms with lots of hard surfaces, set the switch to -3 dB to tone down the highs a bit. In a room filled with large, absorptive items like bulky furniture, thick carpet and curtains, set the switch to +3 dB to compensate and reinforce the high frequencies as needed. The patented SwiftLock by Swarm technology allows for quick and easy tool-less installation with the simple press of a button at each of the three mounting dogs.
