Product Overview

The 74R1-119 from Adams Rite is a UltraLine electric strike for rim type exit devices in satin black anodized. The 74R1 Series Electric Strike is specifically designed for rim exit devices with 0.75" Pullman type latchbolt. It provides remote electrical control and thus allowing door to open without actuation of the exit device. This is a semi-mortised strike for rim exit devices having 0.75" Pullman type bolts without auxiliary bolts. The electric strike opens electrically under 35 lb. of preload.
