The 7270-310-630-00 from Adams Rite is a fire-rated electric strike 12V DC fail-secure in satin stainless, 1-0.06" or less. The 7270 series Electric Strike with 4-0.87" faceplates are specifically designed for mortise or cylindrical locksets with up to 0.75" latchbolt projection without a deadbolt. It provides remote electrical control of door equipped with a mortise or cylindrical (key-in-knob/lever) type locksets with up to 0.75" latchbolt projection without a deadbolt. It functions in such a way that the electrical actuation unlocks strike jaw releasing the latchbolt so that the door can be opened without operating the latch itself.
