The Nitek ER1500C is an Ethernet PoE extender designed to work with Etherstretch switches, acting as an IP over Coax converter receiver. It requires compatible transmitters like ET1543C, ET1500C, or ET4500C to function and extends 10/100 Mbps full duplex Ethernet and Power over Ethernet up to 500 meters via coaxial cable. Compatible with any IP network device and 4K cameras, it supports IEEE802.3at and IEEE802.3af standards for power delivery. This device is network-transparent, needing no MAC or IP configuration. It features LED indicators for power, network rate, link status, and PoE output, and an optional power supply to add PoE to non-PoE switches. Safety features include protection against short circuits, overcurrent, and over-voltage, plus ground loop isolation.
