The 2GIG XCVR2E-345 transceiver module is specifically designed to enable 2GIG GC2e security panels to communicate bidirectionally with the 2GIG TS2-E wireless touchscreen keypad over the robust 900 MHz frequency. While facilitating this 900MHz link for the advanced TS2-E keypad, the module also maintains the GC2e panel's ability to receive signals from standard, non-encrypted 345MHz security sensors and the 345MHz encrypted eSeries sensors. It installs directly into the GC2e panel’s designated transceiver slot, replacing the stock receiver if necessary, to simplify system upgrades.
