The 2GIG DW10E-900 E+ Indoor Door/Window Contact Sensor redefines perimeter security with its encrypted, extended-range 900 MHz performance. Designed for larger homes and light commercial sites, this sensor leverages 2GIG's E+ technology for robust and secure two-way AES-encrypted communication, effectively preventing spoofing and unauthorized signal interception.Installation is streamlined with its unique rounded outer and square inner design for consistent alignment, complemented by a pre-included spacer to ensure a seamless fit on various curved or uneven door and window profiles. The DW10E-900 boasts an impressive battery life of up to eight years from its included lithium battery, significantly reducing maintenance cycles.Beyond standard intrusion detection via its internal magnetic reed switch, this versatile sensor also supports an external Normally Open (NO) or Normally Closed (NC) input, allowing for flexible zone wiring and integration of an additional wired sensor.
