The 625A2 jack assembly series are surface mounted jack assemblies consisting of a snap-on cover and a base with an integral modular jack. Wire access is provided by a slot at the rear. Installation time is reduced by eliminating the center cover retaining screw. Double-sided adhesive tape is included for mounting on desks, cabinets or wherever attaching with screws isn’t ideal.
