The Centrios Smart Reader is designed for easy installation and supports access management across virtually any opening with electrified hardware, including electric strikes, mag locks, power operators, gates, and more. It supports multiple access methods including mobile credentials with the Centrios app, PIN codes, and Centrios Cards and Fobs. When the Smart Reader is optionally paired with the new Smart Reader Expansion Unit through a wired connection, the capabilities continue to grow. On the secure side of the door, the Expansion unit provides an LED indicator that allows you to visualize locking and unlocking status. It also allows you to end passage mode with a convenient physical button and without needing to use the Centrios app. Finally, it offers an extra input and more wiring options for added security.
