The CEM100-TB-BSP-SC-KR is a Centrios Mortise Lock with a Taylor Bay lever, Black Suede finish, supplied Schlage fixed core cylinder with 626 cylinder front, and two cut keys keyed random. Designed for standard mortise door preps, it delivers Grade 1 commercial durability with simplified mobile access management. This lock is UL10C 3-hour fire rated, IP67-rated on both sides of the door, and operates from -35°F to 140°F for dependable indoor or outdoor performance. Features include Bluetooth mobile access, a deadlocking latch, full-time passage egress, customizable schedules, audit history, and support for Centrios Cards and Fobs through the Centrios app.
