CM-241 and CM-242 Series are microwave sensor switches designed for ADA-compliant automatic door and access control applications. The microwave sensor responds to motion quickly and maintains its reliable performance in harsh environmental conditions with smoke, dust, varying light, and temperature changes.
Main Features
- Uses low-power motion detection that resists false triggers from sunlight, reflections, dust, or smoke
- Built-in blue (standby) and green (triggered) bi-color illumination, controllable via sensors or external remote logic
- Detection distance scales from 4 to 16"(10 to 40 cm)
- Offers selectable active state hold times of 2, 5, 10, or 20 seconds, plus a toggle mode
- IP65 weather-resistant seal for reliable outdoor or indoor operation in rain, snow, and extreme temperatures
- Operates safely from -4°F to 140°F (-20°C to +60°C)
- Durable 18-gauge stainless steel available in single-gang or double-gang layouts
- Fully ADA compliant for hands-free automatic door activation and access control
