The Alpha Communications® / S.T.R.™ HT3003 and HT3009 Series handsets are designed to work as an apartment type handset intercom station or for industrial and commercial building entry applications.

Choose from White or Anthracite (Charcoal) or Titanium (Silver/Grey) in either a 5-Wire (HT3003/2) or 2-Wire (HT3009/2) configuration, depending upon the system in which it is being used.

These attractive handsets easily surface mount right on the wall or over a single gang flush electrical back box (or plaster ring).Handsets can be changed to desk mount with the addition of a model TZ1003 desk adapter, or can be flush mounted with the addition of a Model UM3004 flush housing/trim assembly.

All HT3003 and HT3009series handsets feature textured finish (to minimize scratches and fingerprints), electric buzzer signalling, high quality (replaceable) coiled cord and (2) two momentary button switches. These switches can be used for door release, paging or other signaling functions, depending upon system configuration.

With the addition of a low-cost Model R2007 AlphaTone™ chime adapter, you can easily change the built-in electric buzzer to a modern warble chime tone sound.
