The Episode Business Music Solution (EBMS) fully configurable zone controller wall plate offers enterprise-level audio control for restaurants, gyms, retail spaces, and more. It features an IP54 rating for durability in various indoor commercial environments, a high-resolution color display with light and dark modes, and PoE power via a single CAT5e/6 cable for flexible installation. The system supports intuitive navigation and source or zone control at any level throughout the space, compatible with Control4 systems. The unit includes a premium scratch-resistant finish, a gloss faceplate, and integrates with OvrC for remote setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting, enabling comprehensive zone management from one platform.
This Episode product has a 2-Year Limited Warranty. This warranty includes parts and labor repairs on all components found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal conditions of use. This warranty will not apply to products which have been abused, modified or disassembled. Products to be repaired under this warranty must be returned to Snap One or a designated service center with prior notification and an assigned return authorization number (RA).
