The AC-MXNET-CBOX-HA is a system control component designed for the MXnet 1G ecosystem, providing setup, control, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and endpoint updates. It requires two identical units to function in High Availability mode, featuring a high-availability architecture with Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol software pre-installed, ensuring up to 99.999% control availability. The device includes an RJ45 RS-232 heartbeat monitoring interface that enables seamless failover by switching active status between paired units via a virtual IP address. This solution simplifies network management by using a single VIP for control requests, supporting deployments of all sizes requiring continuous, interruption-free operation.
