Product Overview

The AC-EXO-KIT by AVPro Edge is an HDMI 2.1 extender designed for ultra-high-definition 8K signal transmission over long distances using multi-mode fiber optic cabling. It supports OM2, OM3, and OM4 fiber classifications, enabling 8K/60Hz 4:2:0 signal transmission up to 300 meters on OM4 fiber. This kit features a proprietary beam-focusing lens assembly and a custom link training algorithm to maintain original signal bandwidth and image fidelity with near-zero latency under 8 microseconds. The receiver includes dual HDMI outputs with selectable downscaling options, comprehensive EDID management for mixed resolution systems, and supports HDR10, Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HLG, and HDCP 2.3. Control signal management via bidirectional IR and RS-232 simplifies installation wiring, making the AC-EXO-KIT suitable for demanding, high-fidelity AV installations.
