The Cleerline SSF Corrugated Armored Steel Distribution OS2 cable features a polyethylene jacket with 2 to 12 fibers and water-blocking Kevlar yarns. Its core is protected by a corrugated armored steel tube, delivering easy installation and exceptional crush resistance. Designed for direct burial, the cable's PE jacket ensures UV and moisture resistance. It supports standard 50/125 and 9/125 fiber connectors and offers high mechanical strength, fatigue durability, and bend insensitivity with up to 10,000 times the bend longevity of traditional fibers. The integral coating protects the glass without stripping, simplifying termination. Certified to meet ITU-T and IEC standards, it performs reliably under rugged environmental conditions while resisting rodents and physical abuse. Technical specs include 6 fibers, 125 µm soft peel S-type coating, 9 mm diameter, 1500 ft length, dynamic 20D bend radius, tensile load capacity up to 2000 N during installation, and operating temperature from -20 to 75°C. This cable ensures ultra low attenuation on tight bends and preserves fiber integrity throughout installation and use.
