The ezEX-RJ45 (ezEX48 series) pass-through RJ45 connectors are engineered for use with cables featuring an insulation diameter of 0.043" to 0.048" (1.09 – 1.22mm). Each package contains 100 shielded connectors with an external ground, offered in convenient bulk bag packaging. With a maximum cable outer diameter of 0.305" (7.75mm), these connectors are compatible with solid or stranded 23-22AWG twisted pair cables. They are designed with 50-micron gold plated contacts and a unique Hi-Lo stagger configuration to effectively isolate each conductor, ensuring enhanced signal integrity. The simple one-piece, pass-through design eliminates the need for bars or liners, facilitating quicker and easier terminations. Compatible with both Cat5e and Cat6 cables, these connectors are rated for data and Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications. They meet various compliance standards, including TAA, TIA, RoHS, UL, and FCC, and are protected by multiple U.S. patents (9,543,729 B2; 10,116,082 B2; & 10,573,990 B2), ensuring high quality and performance for your networking needs.
