The ezEX-RJ45 (ezEX44 series) pass-through RJ45 connectors are engineered for optimal performance, designed for cables with an insulation diameter ranging from 0.039" to 0.044" (1.0 – 1.12mm). These unshielded connectors come in a convenient jar with a screw-lid packaging, containing 100 pieces per package. With a maximum cable outer diameter of 0.290" (7.36mm), the ezEX44 connectors are compatible with both solid and stranded 24-22AWG twisted pair cables, including CAT5e. Featuring 50-micron gold plated contacts and a unique Hi-Lo stagger design, these connectors effectively isolate each conductor, enhancing signal integrity. The simple one-piece, pass-through design eliminates the need for additional bars or liners, streamlining the installation process.
