The Opticom MPO fiber adapter panel is loaded with 18 MPO fiber optic adapters. The fiber optic adapters are in the key-up / key-down position, type a polarity and are black in color. The MPOs are positioned in a vertical arrangement when looking head-on on a horizontal-orientated faceplate.
