Place your order online. Simply select the branch where you’ll be picking up your order. Then select today’s date & check the “1-Hour Pickup” option. It’s that easy!
All products eligible for 1-Hour Pickup service will be ready for pick up in 1 hour. Plus, we’ll send you an email reminder letting you know the products you ordered are ready for pick up.
Any product currently in stock at your pick up branch is eligible for 1-Hour Pickup service. The product must be in stock at the time you place your order.

For example, when you order a product for pick up in the Tampa branch AND it’s in stock in the Tampa Branch when you place your order, it’s eligible for 1-Hour Pickup service.
The products in stock at your pick up location will be ready for pick up in 1 hour. Any products that are not in stock when you place your order will be available for pick up on another day. To keep you updated, we’ll email you each time products you ordered are ready for pick up.

For example, if you order two products and only one is in stock at your pick up branch, we will email you in an hour that one of your products is ready for pick up. When the 2nd product arrives at your pick up branch, we’ll email you again to let you know it’s ready for pick up as well.
We’ll email you when the products you ordered are ready for pick up. Prior to receiving your email, if you have any questions or need assistance please contact your local ADI branch.

You can place a pick up order for products whether they’re in stock or not. However, only products in stock are eligible for 1-Hour Pickup service.

In either case, we’ll email you when your order is ready for pick up.

**Service is available in select locations at certain times and for certain product. Orders must be placed at least (1) hour in advance and pick up times and time for order fulfillment may vary at different locations. ADI reserves the right to reject orders it cannot meet delivery times. While ADI strives to meet customer expectations, ADI cannot guarantee that the Service will be available at all hours and locations, and Service may be unavailable and/or delayed due to events beyond ADI’s control (i.e. weather, order backlog, technical difficulties, unavailability of product, limited service representatives on staff). ADI shall not be liable and Customer agrees to release ADI from any claims or damages resulting from the failure to perform Services in these instances. ADI will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify customers in the event of Service delays. ADI reserves the right to withhold Service in the event a customer’s account is not in good standing..
